Strength comes from our breath and our core.

The breath erergizes us and relaxes us. The inhale brings in oxygen, fueling the body, heating our muscles, building muscle mass.

While our muscles need oxygen to produce energy, our limbs need our core muscles to stabilize, align and move more freely. When we learn to move from the core, we improve our physical and mental performance, and we protect ourselves from injury

Strengthening our bodies increases our energy, our alertness, and both physical and mental endurance.
